April 18, 2017—WJW FOX 8, Tribune Broadcasting’s Cleveland television station, is pleased to announce the station has won a National Headline Award in the category of broadcast or cable television stations continuing coverage of a single news event for the station’s coverage the opioid crisis.

The National Headliner Awards program is one of the oldest and largest annual contests recognizing journalistic merit in the communications industry.
