New Orleans- December 5, 2017, – WGNO, Tribune Broadcasting’s ABC Television Network affiliate for the greater New Orleans area, is pleased to announce the station has won four National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Suncoast Chapter Emmy Awards.

WGNO’s Wild Bill Wood and photojournalist Justin Abshire were nominated for a total of six Emmy awards this year, with Wild Bill honored with more Emmy nominations this year than any other individual in the chapter and Abshire the only photographer in the New Orleans market nominated (and winning) an Emmy.
