Tribune Media Company Responds to Issues Raised in FCC Hearing Designation Order

NEW YORK, July 19, 2018—Tribune Media Company (the “Company”) (NYSE: TRCO) today released the following statement in response to the issues raised in the Federal Communications Commission’s (“FCC”) Hearing Designation Order regarding the Company’s pending acquisition by Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. (“Sinclair”):
