September 1, 2016 – Tribune Broadcasting today announced the appointment of James T. Aitken as Vice President & General Manager of WXIN/FOX59 and WTTV/CBS4 in Indianapolis. Aitken will oversee all aspects of this duopoly and WTTV.2, including strategic planning and day-to-day operations. Aitken will report to Kathy Clements, Chief Operating Officer of Tribune Broadcasting. He succeeds Paul Rennie who was named President and General Manager of Tribune Broadcasting’s WGN-TV in Chicago.
