Offering the Most Local News in San Diego
Newscast to air weeknights 10 – 11:30pm
San Diego, CA – April 10, 2018 – KSWB-TV (FOX 5), Tribune Broadcasting’s San Diego television station, today announced the expansion of FOX 5 News at Ten. Beginning Monday, April 23, FOX 5 News at Ten will expand from 60-minutes to 90-minutes, airing 5-days a week Monday through Friday from 10pm-11:30pm PT.
“In 2008, FOX 5 launched 32 hours of local news in San Diego, and in less than 10 years we’ve grown to deliver 56.5 hours of news a week, the most hours of local news in the San Diego market. This expansion reaffirms our pledge to serve our community with the best in local news,” said Rich Goldner, FOX 5’s Vice President/News Director.
FOX 5 News at Ten will continue to be led by award winning journalist and primetime anchor Kathleen Bade.
FOX 5 recently debuted a new news set and redesigned studio, a 360°, open and modern concept, which was the first of its kind in the San Diego market.
